We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Administrative Services Associate to join our team at beBee Professionals in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. As an Administrative Services Associate, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office operations, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our office operations, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings, ensuring that our team is well-coordinated and productive.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are secure and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using your excellent communication and organizational skills to present information in a clear and concise manner.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint), with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under pressure.
