Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Veterinary Assistant to join our team at ITR Laboratories Canada Inc. As a key member of our veterinary services group, you will work closely with our veterinarian to provide exceptional care to sick or injured animals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the veterinarian to provide top-notch service to animals in need.
  • Assist the veterinarian in conducting health assessments and determining the condition of animals.
  • Perform laboratory tests under the supervision of the veterinarian to determine the health status of animals.
  • Ensure that recommended treatments are performed as indicated.
  • Other related tasks as required.
Requirements
  • College diploma in Animal Health.
  • Experience in a Pre-Clinical Research Center with laboratory animals or in animal care and surgery is an asset.
  • Autonomous and a good sense of organization.
  • English is a must, and functional knowledge of French is an asset.
