Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Coordinator to join our team at Titan Trailers. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into and out of our facility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and inspect all incoming shipments to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Process and document all shipments, including updating inventory records and notifying relevant departments
  • Coordinate the movement of goods and materials within the facility, including loading and unloading trailers and containers
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records, including tracking and reporting on stock levels and movements
  • Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize shipping and receiving processes and improve efficiency
  • Perform other related duties as required
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a shipping and receiving or logistics role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment
  • Valid AZ driver's license and good driving record an asset
