Job Title: Landscape Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit Landscape Labourer to join our team at Southview Landscaping Inc. As a key member of our outdoor maintenance team, you will be responsible for assisting with landscape constructions, weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants, cutting grass, removing litter and garbage, and performing various other tasks related to lawn care and landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with landscape constructions, including laying sod or seed, planting bulbs, flowers, shrubs, and trees, and repairing and maintaining equipment.
  • Weed, prune, and trim trees and plants to maintain a well-manicured appearance.
  • Cut grass and remove litter and garbage to keep our outdoor spaces clean and tidy.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to ensure they receive the necessary care.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including dust, heat, and physical demands.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift heavy loads and work at heights.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
