Unit Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Unit Supervisor to join our team at McDonald's Restaurants. As a Unit Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food meets the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Train and Develop Staff: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Estimate and Manage Inventory: Estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation and manage inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage Records and Reports: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and prepare and submit reports as required.
- Leadership and Communication Skills: Possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to achieve their best.
- Attention to Detail: Have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Be able to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional service to our customers.
