Job Title: Creative Design Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Design Specialist to join our team at The Printing House. As a key member of our pre-press production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality print files are produced for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-flight customer files against work order specifications
  • Prepare digital, offset, large format, and 4-color files for output
  • Ensure custom apparel graphics are set up for compatibility with our technology
  • Operate DTG-Custom Apparel printers and finishing equipment
  • Work with various programs: Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Pit Stop, MS Office
  • Work with and manipulate printable PDFs
  • Consult with customers on design, layout, and make revisions as required
  • Maintain accuracy and detail in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Have a good understanding of the Pantone Color System, CMYK, and RGB color spaces
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of pre-press production and print file preparation
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software
  • Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
