About This Job

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Food Service Associate to join our team at Subway. As a key member of our front counter staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for taking customer orders, operating the cash register, and preparing food items to order.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Taking customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Operating the cash register and handling customer transactions
  • Preparing food items to order, including portioning and wrapping sandwiches
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
  • Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds
Salary Information

We offer a competitive salary of $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and professional growth. Additionally, employees receive gratuities and enjoy a permanent position with regular working hours of 35 hours per week.
