Dermatology Sales Specialist

SUN PHARMA is seeking a highly motivated Dermatology Sales Specialist to join our team in driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Canadian market.
As a Dermatology Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for achieving all territory sales goals through the promotion, sale, and support of our new acne prescription products. You will report directly to the Regional Sales Manager, Medical Dermatology.
We are looking for an individual with a strong track record of sales success, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with physicians and healthcare professionals.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Direct one-to-one communication with physicians and healthcare professionals in support of approved product indications.
- Contact medical professionals and competitively explain features and benefits of products offered; including managing objections.
- Communicate about and be a key touchpoint/resource in the patient access/benefit program.
- Plan and organize speakers' programs and other peer-to-peer activities in the territory in partnership with Medical.
- Lead execution of Lunch and Learn programs.
- Communicate competitive market intelligence to brand teams and management.
- Timely and accurate completion of all administrative expectations.
- Responsible for complying with Canadian drug regulations (Health Canada, Innovative Medicines Canada regulations, and SUN's Policies) relative to field drug promotion.

- Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years' pharmaceutical sales experience.
- Proven track record demonstrating top sales accomplishments.
- Ability to develop relationships with physicians, nurses, and ancillary staff within academic hospitals, clinics, and private practice facilities.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Canadian healthcare system processes including reimbursement preferred.
- Strong work ethic; ability to develop priorities and manage time appropriately.
- Competent skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Must possess strong business acumen.
- Works effectively with all members of a cross-functional team.
- Ability to travel, with occasional overnight stays as needed.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience.
