About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Novotrend Nutraceutical Inc. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, responding to phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Event Planning: Assist in planning and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events, including arranging logistics, catering, and audio-visual equipment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and preparing financial reports.
  • Human Resources: Provide support with recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations, including maintaining employee records and benefits administration.
  • Office Maintenance: Ensure the office is well-maintained, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and performing other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
