About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Coordinator to join our team at Premier Candle Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit detailed reports on production performance, highlighting areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement
    • Recommend measures to enhance productivity and efficiency in our manufacturing processes.
  • Technical Support
    • Provide technical guidance and support to production staff to resolve work-related problems.
  • Inventory Management
    • Oversee the requisition and ordering of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure timely delivery.
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of production staff, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
  • Quality Control
    • Recommend measures to improve product quality and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Language
    • Fluency in English
Working Conditions

    • 30 hours per week
