We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Quality Assurance and Compliance Manager to join our team in Ontario, California.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality management, regulatory compliance, and process improvement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the development and implementation of quality policies and procedures
- Maintain ISO 9001:2015 certification in manufacturing facilities located in Ontario (California) and Mexicali (Mexico)
- Develop and implement corrective action plans to address customer complaints and audit findings
- Lead internal audits and provide training to auditors
- Contribute to APQP activities related to new product development and prepare PPAP packages for customers
- Ensure all products and processes meet regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in quality assurance or a related field
- Strong knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system standard
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management, staff, suppliers, and customers
