**Job Summary**

We're seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide advice and education to managers and employees on compliance with company policies and federal and provincial legislation.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide consultation and guidance to managers on performance management, employee relations, and progressive discipline matters
* Assess and implement resolutions to complex employee relations matters, including decisions involving varying levels of risk
* Conduct workplace investigations on workplace violations and harassment-related complaints
* Maintain accurate records and compile statistical reports on personnel data
* Support management and senior leadership in developing, implementing, and revising policies and procedures
* Collaborate with the Payroll, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure effective workflow between departments

**Requirements**

* University degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or related field
* Fluency in French is a strong asset
* Ability to conduct sound risk assessments
