Key Responsibilities
  • Meeting and Event Support
    • Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient operations.
  • Communication and Correspondence
    • Answer telephone calls and relay messages in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Respond to electronic enquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Document Management
    • Compile data, statistics, and other information for reporting and analysis.
    • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems to ensure easy access to documents.
  • Project Coordination

    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
