Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Chatime Vaughan Mills. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food preparation team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management
Work Environment

Our café is a fast-paced environment where you will be standing for extended periods. You must be able to work well under pressure and maintain a high level of productivity in a team setting.

Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
  • 1-6 months of experience in a related field
  • Excellent oral communication and client focus skills
