At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management team.

The successful candidate will assist the Project Manager in coordinating, planning, and executing the delivery of core project components to our customer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Project Manager with daily activities, including preparation of communications, progress reporting, and meeting agendas and minutes.
  • Work with complex data in Excel tables, including project scheduling and action item tracking.
  • Prepare project and program invoicing and financial updates and tracking.
  • Filing and document management, including conducting industry research and analysis.
  • Assist with obtaining quotes from subcontractors and addressing deficiencies.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years' experience in a professional environment or project management.
  • Excellent Microsoft application skills, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Detail-oriented with an emphasis on quality of work.
  • Proven exceptional work-ethic, self-motivated, and highly driven.
  • Good verbal communication and writing skills.
  • Polished "follow up" and information gathering skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

Nice to Have:

  • A degree or Diploma.
  • Experience with MS Project.

Work Arrangement:

Hybrid work arrangement, with a mix of remote and in-office work.
