About the Role

Falcon Security Services is seeking a skilled Security Systems Technician to join our team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our security systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and test electronic equipment and assemblies to identify areas for repair or maintenance
  • Diagnose and locate circuit, component, and equipment faults, and implement effective solutions
  • Repair or replace defective or worn-out parts and components using hand, power, or specially designed tools
  • Test and adjust repaired products to ensure proper functioning
  • Collaborate with colleagues to complete work orders and maintenance reports
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support
Requirements
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in electronic equipment repair and maintenance
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
