Job Description:
The Senior In-House Counsel - Contract Manager will be responsible for providing legal support and guidance to our construction teams. This includes reviewing and negotiating contracts, managing litigation files, and providing expertise on construction law.
Responsibilities:
- Contract Management: Review and negotiate contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure that they meet our company's needs and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
- Litigation Support: Manage litigation files, including conducting research, drafting documents, and coordinating with outside counsel.
- Construction Law Expertise: Provide expert advice on construction law, including contract interpretation, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our construction teams to ensure that legal considerations are integrated into project planning and execution.
- Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with changes in construction law and best practices, and share knowledge with the team to enhance our capabilities.
Requirements:
- LLB or J.D.: A law degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 1-5 years of experience in construction law, preferably in-house.
- Licensing Fees: All licensing fees and CPD requirements will be paid by OSCO Group Services Limited.
