About the Role

Pinnacle Acres is seeking a skilled Greenhouse Worker to join our team. As a Greenhouse Worker, you will be responsible for maintaining the health and productivity of our crops in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain the greenhouse and its equipment
  • Perform hand harvesting and other tasks related to crop care
  • Assist with planting, transplanting, and pruning crops
  • Monitor and control the temperature and humidity levels in the greenhouse
  • Ensure the quality and safety of our products
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Ability to work in a hot environment and handle heavy loads
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
