Job Title: Greenhouse Labourer

We are seeking a reliable and physically fit individual to join our team at Prism Farms as a Greenhouse Labourer. As a key member of our greenhouse team, you will be responsible for the daily care and maintenance of our crops, ensuring they receive the necessary attention to thrive.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hand harvesting of vegetables, including cucumbers and greenhouse tomatoes
  • Watering and tending to plants, lawns, and gardens
  • Working at heights, in wet/damp conditions, and with odours
  • Handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods
  • Performing repetitive tasks and maintaining a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma required
  • Will train on the job
  • Permanent employment opportunity
  • 40-50 hours per week
  • English language proficiency
