Healthcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Primary Health Care team in the Eastern Zone. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to a variety of professional health care disciplines, including mental health, addictions, academic family medicine, community health, public health, ambulatory care, and continuing care.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in health care and leadership, with a minimum of 7 years of experience in a health care/primary care/community setting. The ideal candidate will have a Baccalaureate degree from a health discipline/health science field, and a Master's Degree in Business Administration, Health Services Administration, or equivalent. They will also have a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience in management and administration in a health care/community setting.
Key Responsibilities- Provide operational leadership for an integrated approach to health promotion, disease prevention, and chronic disease management.
- Work with and influence services and program changes in services that are encompassed by PHC.
- Develop and sustain coalitions, alliances, and partnerships with the members of the health care sectors and external agencies.
- Develop and implement business plans, resource allocation, and budget preparation.
- Assess and anticipate future needs, potential problems, directions, and development for all aspects of strategic, financial, operational, and human resource management.
