Healthcare Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director to lead our Primary Health Care team in the Eastern Zone. The successful candidate will provide strategic and operational leadership to a variety of professional health care disciplines, working closely with our Vice President Operations to achieve our goals.
About YouWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in healthcare management, preferably with a Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of experience in a healthcare setting is required, with at least 5 years of progressive leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of financial and human resource management, as well as experience in planning, coordinating, and evaluating primary health care initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strategic and operational leadership to the Primary Health Care team
- Work closely with the Vice President Operations to achieve our goals
- Develop and implement plans to improve health outcomes and patient satisfaction
- Manage budgets and resources to ensure effective use of funds
- Lead and develop a team of healthcare professionals to achieve our objectives
We offer a competitive salary range of $53.91 - $71.63 per hour, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and travel insurance, and a defined benefit pension plan. Successful candidates may also be eligible for additional incentives.
