King Tandoori Bar and Grill is seeking an HR Operations Manager to join our team. As an HR Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the administration of human resources policies and programs.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, and coordinate the hiring process from start to finish.
  • Employee Relations: Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies, procedures, and benefits, and resolve any workplace issues or conflicts that may arise.
  • Benefits Administration: Coordinate the administration of employee benefits, including health and dental insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • HR Systems and Processes: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our HR systems, and develop and implement efficient processes to streamline HR operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: A college diploma or equivalent experience in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficient in HR systems and software, with knowledge of employment law and regulations.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and a fun and dynamic work environment.
