Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Interior Technician to join our team at JD Aero Technical. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out cleaning tasks in support of aircraft maintenance programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out cleaning tasks of aircraft interiors
  • Remove and install interior components
  • Request parts and materials using manufacturer's manuals
  • Ensure all documentation of work performed is clear, accurate, and up-to-date
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • Participate in company SMS and report hazards or incidents
  • Ensure a clean work area and exercise FOD vigilance

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • Good understanding of English language and ability to read and follow instructions
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Commitment to continuous improvement
  • Excellent mechanical aptitude and experience
  • Ability to lift approximately 20 lbs
  • Willingness to purchase own basic tool set
  • Ability to legally work in Canada

Working Hours:

Working hours are mainly 7:00am to 3:30pm, with 8 hour shifts. Extra hours are occasionally required to support operating at critical times, and weekend work may be required as needed.
