At Recursion, we're reimagining drug discovery through cutting-edge technology. As a Senior Global Benefits Administrator, you'll play a vital role in shaping our employee benefits programs, ensuring they're compliant with federal and state laws, including FMLA and ADA. This is an opportunity to utilize your expertise in benefits management, vendor relationships, and compliance to drive a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, recommend, and implement benefit programs, ensuring alignment with our company values and business objectives.
  • Manage global benefits and leave policies, including FMLA, ADA, and other relevant regulations.
  • Develop communication tools to enhance employee understanding of available programs.
  • Partner with the Senior Director of Total Rewards to drive benefits strategy and operations.
  • Monitor industry trends to ensure our benefits offerings remain competitive and equitable.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR Management, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits, preferably in a biotech, life sciences, or technology environment.
  • 3+ years as a Benefits Manager in a global employee setting.
