About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cybercrime Prevention Specialist to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Cybercrime IT Delivery team, you will play a critical role in protecting our customers and preventing financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Analysis: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to address cybercrime threats.
  • Functional Requirements: Identify and document functional requirements to ensure seamless integration with our IT systems.
  • Agile Scrum Delivery: Collaborate with our Agile Scrum team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate complex IT concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis, with a focus on REST API and microservices.
  • Skills: Agile Scrum delivery experience, excellent communication skills, and a focus on meeting objectives and deadlines.
