We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Construction Project Lead to join our team at ALBERTA LTD. in Edmonton, Alberta. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare production reports, coordinate activities, and recruit workers to ensure project deadlines are met.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet work schedules, requisition materials, and order equipment and supplies as needed.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, recommend personnel actions, and establish methods to meet work schedules.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in residential construction, with a secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Steel-toed safety boots and basic security clearance required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
