About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and organized Supply Chain Logistics Coordinator to join our team at LED GIANT. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, monitoring supplies and materials, preparing and submitting reports, and overseeing operational logistics.


Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure smooth operation of our supply chain.
  • Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments to identify areas for improvement and optimize logistics processes.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to management on supply chain performance, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Oversee operational logistics, including scheduling assignments and coordinating activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment.
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources and minimize downtime.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain logistics or a related field.
  • Proven track record of improving supply chain efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
