We are seeking a skilled Orchard Worker to join our team at Creasy's Apple Dabble Farms. As an Orchard Worker, you will be responsible for harvesting crops and ensuring the quality of our produce.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required. We offer on-the-job training to ensure you have the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
- Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, which requires you to be physically fit and able to handle heavy loads.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Harvesting Crops: You will be responsible for harvesting crops, which requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: You will be working with tractors and other equipment, so experience with machinery is essential.
- Transportation and Travel: You will need to have your own transportation to and from work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: You will be required to stand for extended periods, handle heavy loads, and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Work Term and Hours: This is a seasonal role, working 40 hours per week.
