Key Responsibilities- Education and Training: No formal degree or certification is required, but a willingness to learn and train on the job is essential.
- Work Experience: We will provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in this role.
- Work Site Environment: You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, exposed to various weather conditions.
- Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Harvesting Crops: You will be responsible for harvesting crops in a safe and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality produce.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience: You will be working with tractors and other equipment, requiring a basic understanding of machinery operation and safety protocols.
- Transportation and Travel: You will need to provide your own transportation to and from work.
