We are seeking a skilled Orchard Worker to join our team at Creasy's Apple Dabble Farms. As an Orchard Worker, you will be responsible for harvesting crops and ensuring the quality of our produce.
Key Responsibilities- Education and Training
- No formal education or certification is required, but we will provide on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
- Work Site Environment
- You will be working outdoors in a fast-paced environment, exposed to various weather conditions.
- Tasks and Responsibilities
- Harvest crops using manual or mechanical methods.
- Operate tractors and other equipment as needed.
- Equipment and Machinery Experience
- Experience with tractors and other agricultural equipment is an asset.
- Transportation and Travel
- You are expected to have your own transportation to and from work.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
- Be able to work in a physically demanding environment, handling heavy loads and standing for extended periods.
- Be able to bend, crouch, and kneel as needed.
- Experience and Training
- We will provide on-the-job training to ensure your success in this role.
