The Senior Labour Relations Advisor will provide guidance and advice to academic administrators and managers on labour relations and human resource matters. The successful candidate will have expertise in collective agreement administration, labour negotiations, and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide guidance and advice to academic administrators and managers on labour relations and human resource matters.
  • Conduct research and data collection to inform recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Develop analytical tools and prepare summary reports on labour relations and human resource matters.
  • Participate in collective bargaining and negotiate collective agreements.

Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge of employment and labour law.
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with team leadership and project management experience.
