Business Solution Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Solution Expert to join our dynamic Agile team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Retail Lending Technologies team, you will play a critical role in developing lending solutions for retail customers.
Key Responsibilities- Provide analytic support in the development and implementation of strategic plans.
- Assist in the review and evaluation of business initiatives, products, and projects with respect to Retail Lending Systems.
- Work with project teams to refine technical requirements and guidance based on industry best practices.
- Perform unit testing, debugging, documenting, and implementing of applications and scripts.
- Participate in estimation and planning of development efforts required for various projects and enhancements.
- Lead the implementation efforts for implementations of code to production.
- Support Operations and Accounting Teams, managing Service Now Queues tasks and incidents.
- Participate in production issue analysis and perform root cause analysis for production issues and implementation issues.
- Assist product owners and business analysts in discovering current system behavior and provide recommendations on improving the current system.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Specialized knowledge of Automotive Lending would be an asset.
- Strong working knowledge of data mining tools.
- Strong technical solution management experience and skills.
- Strong capability to work with senior business leaders.
