About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at First Nation School Supplies Inc. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Store Operations: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring a high level of customer service and sales performance.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and efficient stockroom operations.
  • Merchandise Management: Authorize returns and exchanges, and ensure that merchandise is properly displayed and maintained.
  • Payroll Administration: Oversee payroll administration, ensuring accurate and timely payment of staff.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong organizational and time management skills.
