Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

Handi's Convenience is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Hiring and Training: Recruit, train, and develop a team of retail staff to provide exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Store Operations: Manage store inventory, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, resolve customer complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, inventory levels, and customer feedback to inform business decisions.
  • Team Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, provide coaching and feedback, and promote a positive team culture.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.
  • Language: English.
