As a Financial Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping our financial strategies, product pricing, and inventory management. Your work will involve analyzing sales performance, forecasting demand, and budgeting for product sourcing, ensuring that financial insights are aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, sales forecasts, and financial projections, factoring in seasonality and market trends.
  • Study market conditions and consumer behavior to identify trends that impact pricing, inventory levels, and overall financial performance.
  • Evaluate the profitability of product lines, identifying opportunities to improve margins and reduce costs while maintaining product quality.
  • Oversee financial aspects of inventory management, analyzing turnover rates, stock levels, and the financial impact of aging or obsolete products.
  • Collaborate with the CFO on long-term financial strategies, including product pricing, expansion plans, and capital investments.
  • Conduct sensitivity analyses to forecast financial risks due to supply chain disruptions, seasonal shifts, or market fluctuations.
  • Work with cross-functional teams in sales, marketing, and procurement to ensure financial insights drive key business decisions and product development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's degree or CFA certification is a plus).
  • 3-5 years of financial analysis experience in manufacturing, retail, or consumer goods.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budget analysis.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, supply chain dynamics, and pricing strategies within a product-based environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects with competing priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
