  • Serve Customers with Excellence
    • Deliver prompt and friendly service to customers at counters or buffet tables
    • Take orders accurately and efficiently
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and sanitized kitchen, including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances, and equipment
  • Inventory Management
    • Monitor and maintain inventory of food, supplies, and equipment
  • Training and Development
    • Train new staff members on coffee preparation and customer service
  • Financial Transactions
    • Process cash, credit, and debit transactions for beverages
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Work Experience
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a coffee shop or food and beverage processing environment
