Position Overview:

As a Barista at Toptable Whistler, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our guests. This role requires a passion for coffee, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso-based drinks and specialty coffee creations.
• Demonstrate expertise in coffee preparation, including dialing in espresso and pulling great shots consistently.
• Provide exceptional customer service, interacting with guests and colleagues in a friendly and professional manner.
• Assist with counter service and cashier responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a barista in a similar environment.
• A commitment to ongoing learning and professional development in the coffee industry.
• Serving it Right certification an asset.
