Position: Barista (FT opportunity)

Reports to: Store Manager

Location: Toptable Whistler

At Toptable Group, we're passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences in our cafes. As a Barista, you'll play a key role in crafting high-quality coffee beverages that delight our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso-based beverages, pour-overs, and specialty drinks.
  • Develop a strong understanding of coffee roasts, brewing methods, and flavor profiles to provide expert recommendations to guests.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive, team-oriented atmosphere.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest coffee trends and techniques.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a barista in a similar environment.
  • A passion for coffee and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced setting.
