As a Senior Institutional Development Manager at Michael Page International Canada Limited, you will be responsible for leading large-scale institutional development projects from planning to completion. Your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is a senior-level role that requires excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple high-value institutional development projects
  • Develop and implement detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment with project goals and specifications
  • Conduct regular site visits and monitor construction progress
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards
  • Facilitate regular project meetings with key stakeholders
  • Manage relationships with all project stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager on multiple high-value institutional development projects
  • Education: A degree or diploma in construction management, engineering, or a related field is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and processes specific to institutional projects
  • Familiarity with provincial and federal regulations, particularly in the institutional sector
  • Certifications: Preferred certifications include Gold Seal Certification, Project Management Professional (PMP), and LEED accreditation
