Occupational Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Primary Care team. As an Occupational Therapist, you will work collaboratively with interprofessional teams to develop and implement plans of care that promote the health and well-being of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify patient needs and develop effective treatment plans
- Provide occupational therapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including physician practices, homes, facilities, and communities
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care
- Develop and implement programs to promote patient education and empowerment
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and experiences
- Graduate of a recognized Occupational Therapy program
- Registered with the College of Health and Care Professionals of British Columbia
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
