Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Kitchen Team Leader to join our team at Rocky River Grill LTD. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen and ensuring that our high standards of food quality and service are consistently met.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 per year, paid bi-weekly. In addition to a generous salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical and dental coverage, as well as a pension plan.

Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Team Leader, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising and Coordinating Kitchen Staff: You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Training and Development: You will be responsible for training and developing our kitchen staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties to the highest standard.
  • Quality Control: You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet our high standards.
  • Scheduling and Inventory Management: You will be responsible for scheduling staff and managing inventory, ensuring that we have the necessary supplies and equipment to operate efficiently.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • A Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Work Environment

This is a full-time position with a regular 35-hour work week. You will be working in a fast-paced kitchen environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
