As a Field Property Claims Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing quality service and prompt, equitable valuations of claims in line with our corporate policies and standards. You'll conduct field inspections to evaluate property damage, identify process improvement needs, and maintain effective communication channels with claims departments.

We're looking for someone with a university degree or relevant training and experience, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in property claims. You'll need to have high-level knowledge of Xactimate/XactAnalysis estimating software, comprehensive knowledge of mitigation, construction, and repair procedures, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
