Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, overseeing the full software development lifecycle, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in an Agile environment, managing work, mentoring, and conducting code reviews.
  • Partner across teams to identify feature development, define project requirements, and discuss technical approaches.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software.
Requirements
  • Experience leading and participating in all aspects of the design, development, and testing of products in a B2B client-focused environment.
  • Strong technical expertise in the MEAN stack and fluency in TypeScript.
  • Ability to make informed decisions regarding technical debt, third-party tools, and tradeoffs.
