Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Software Development Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you'll be responsible for leading a team of software engineers, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving technical excellence. If you're passionate about building scalable solutions, have a growth mindset, and enjoy leading by example, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of software engineers in an Agile environment, overseeing the full software development lifecycle from planning and design to deployment and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify feature development, define project requirements, and discuss technical approaches.
  • Drive technical excellence and best practices within the team, conducting code reviews and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software that meets or exceeds industry standards.
  • Provide constructive feedback and promote a culture of continuous improvement, staying current with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading and participating in all aspects of the design, development, and testing of products in a B2B client-focused environment.
  • Existing skills across modern front and back-end technologies, with the ability to rapidly pick up new tools and approaches.
  • Deep understanding of Angular frameworks, NodeJS, MongoDB, and mobile app development tools.
  • Ability to translate large challenges into smaller, actionable tasks, assign tasks, and support their delivery with ease.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead by example, build trusting relations, and work efficiently across teams.
