Company 1 - The Manufacturers Life Insurance Company is seeking a dynamic Internal Insurance Wholesaler to join our team in Asian Markets. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our advisors, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth in our region.
Responsibilities
- Proactively interact with advisors to understand their needs, provide product support, and identify sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with peers and external wholesalers to share best practices, leverage resources, and drive business results.
- Utilize Salesforce.com to manage advisor profiles, track sales activity, and analyze business performance.
- Participate in continuous training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in insurance sales and service.
- Contribute to a values-first culture, boundless opportunities, continuous innovation, and diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within our organization.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance sales or a related field.
- Bilingual and fluent in English and Mandarin.
- LLQP designation preferred (or in process).
- College or University degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, including intermediate-level Excel skills.
- Ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment.
