Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Subway. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of staff members to ensure exceptional customer service and high-quality food preparation. You will work closely with the management team to achieve sales targets and maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish effective work schedules and delegate tasks to team members
  • Supervise and train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
  • Ensure food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

Working Conditions:

As a Food Service Supervisor, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer interaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
