About Our Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to provide administrative support for the Community Corrections office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating correspondence and schedules, maintaining physical and electronic files, and providing reception services.

Primary Accountabilities

In this role, you will support daily operations by editing confidential reports, evaluations, and correspondence. You will also provide telephone and reception services, manage supplies and inventory, and perform statistical submissions.

Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess a one year secretarial or commercial course and three years of secretarial experience. An equivalent combination of training and experience may be considered.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $1,684.00 - $1,884.17 bi-weekly, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including a defined benefit pension plan, health and dental insurance, and employee and family assistance programs.

Pay Grade: CL 18
