Job Description
The Surveillance Center Video Agent will report to the Surveillance Center Supervisor and be responsible for monitoring the company's facilities, responding to alarms and calls, and conducting video investigations as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the security of establishments by observing and processing live video surveillance images and information;
- Perform technical checks on video surveillance equipment;
- Create and manage access controls;
- Receive, manage, and dispatch telephone calls;
- Manage and process incoming alarm signals;
- Alert, deploy, and coordinate emergency services as required;
- Write various types of reports;
- Work closely with investigators;
- Perform videotape analysis for process improvement;
Requirements
- Possess the BSP electronic security systems card or be able to take the course once hired;
- Experience in security (asset);
- Must be bilingual (French and English);
- Valid class 5 driver's license (asset);
