Job Description

Alteo is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team in Montreal. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support and resolving incidents reported by our operational teams, while ensuring compliance with customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Resolution: Handle and resolve incidents in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring minimal disruption to our operations.
  • SLA Compliance: Ensure that all support activities are carried out in accordance with customer SLAs, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
  • Team Support: Assist our operations team in production roll-out, validate deliverables, and provide training and support as needed.
  • On-Site Support: Provide on-site support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is guaranteed.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call planning and respond to incidents outside of regular working hours.
Requirements:
  • Education: DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-8 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in IT project life cycles.
  • Skills: Proficiency in C, PL/SQL, Shell, Unix, and testing techniques, as well as certification in networks (Visa, Mastercard) and PowerCard products.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
