Job Title: Senior Application Support Specialist

Alteo Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Application Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Incident Resolution: Handle and resolve incidents reported by operational teams, ensuring timely and quality resolution.
  • Support and Supervision: Provide support to the N2/N3 operations team and supervise the Support team in resolving incidents, meeting contractual commitments.
  • Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with commitments, deadlines, and quality of work supplied, contributing to the improvement of team indicators.
  • Team Assistance: Assist the operations team in production roll-out, validate deliverables, and provide training and support.
  • On-Site Support: Supervise on-site consultants, assign and monitor customer environments, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • On-Call Support: Participate in on-call planning and respond to incidents occurring outside working hours.
Requirements:
  • Education: DEC/BAC in IT or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5-8 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Skills: Familiarity with the electronic payment industry, IT project life cycle, C language, PL/SQL language, Shell system, Unix server, Testing techniques, Network certification, PowerCard products, J2EE HTML model, Certification practices, Customer orientation, Compliance with commitments, Initiative-taking, Problem anticipation, Reporting & Monitoring, Involvement in the Quality approach, Good interpersonal skills, Team spirit, Initiative, Flexibility.
